Fall Observe Begins: Windsor’s Staff Title Historical past, 2022 Schedules
WINDSOR, CT — Classes have resumed at many high schools across Connecticut, and practice has begun for fall sports, with numerous teams setting out on their quests for league and state championships.
Among schools in Patch communities in Hartford and Tolland counties, Glastonbury is the all-time leader with 40 fall team championships, followed by Farmington (36), Granby Memorial (33), EO Smith (30) and Manchester (29).
Area schools looking to repeat their 2021 state titles are Hall boys cross country (Class LL) and girls golf (Div. I), Avon boys cross country (MM), Glastonbury girls cross country (LL), Somers girls cross country (S) , Farmington boys soccer (LL), Wethersfield boys soccer (L) and RHAM girls volleyball (L).
