Two arrests have been made in connection with a burglary at the New Windsor General Store last month. Access to the building was gained through an adjacent wall and an onsite ATM was burglarized. An investigation was conducted by the New Windsor Police Department, Mercer County Sheriff’s Department, and Illinois State Police. A search warrant conducted at a New Windsor residence October 16 where evidence from the crime was seized. As a result of the investigation, 33-year-old Caleb Williams and 26-year-old Kylie Fontenoy, both of New Windsor, have been arrested for burglary.
